1. Services

All styling services — including Wardrobe Edit, Personal Shopping, After Shop Styling, Brand styling, Virtual Styling — are conducted as a private, one-on-one experience.

No additional person(s) may attend the session unless prior written arrangement has been made. Additional attendees may incur an extra fee.

 

2. Bookings & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

Bookings are not secured until payment is received in full.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

More than 5 working days’ notice: You may reschedule your session or receive a Credit for the full amount paid.

Within 72 hours: A 50% service fee applies; a Credit will be issued for the remaining balance.

Within 24 hours: 100% of the service fee will be forfeited; no Credit will be issued.

No-show: Failure to attend your session without notice will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours.

Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.

 

4. Illness & Health Policy

If you are feeling unwell (including symptoms of cold, flu, COVID-19, or any contagious illness), please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule.

If I am unwell, your session will be rescheduled at the earliest possible date that suits you.

Cancellations due to illness, with reasonable notice, will not incur a cancellation fee; instead, your payment will be held as a Credit for up to 6 months.

For in-home services (e.g., Wardrobe Edit), I reserve the right to refuse entry or end the session if illness symptoms are present, in which case the session will be rescheduled.

 

5. Gift Vouchers & Discounts

Gift Vouchers & Discounts are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or issue.

Vouchers & Discounts are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Vouchers & Discounts are only redeemable for services within Perth, WA.

Bookings using a Gift Voucher or Discount must be made directly via stylebyrachelmetropolis@outlook.com.

If prices have increased since the voucher was purchased, the difference in price will be payable at the time of booking.

Gift Vouchers will be emailed or mailed within 5 business days of purchase.

 

6. Your Session

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your booked session.

Time lost due to late arrival cannot be added to your session.

 

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to me. All personal information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without your written consent.

Photos taken during sessions will only be used for marketing purposes with your permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure you are happy with your service, Style by Rachel Metropolis is not liable for:

Outcomes of style recommendations after your session.

Any allergic reactions or sensitivities to fabrics, accessories, or products tried or purchased.

The fit or quality of garments after purchase; all product concerns should be directed to the retailer.

 

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Style by Rachel Metropolis, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
